Use of this tool

The ATS Resume Builder is provided free of charge for personal use in creating and formatting your own resume. You may use, print, and export the resumes you create without restriction.

No account, no warranty of storage

This tool does not require or support user accounts. Your resume is stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not guarantee that this data will persist - clearing your browser data, using a different browser or device, or browsing in a private/incognito window can all result in loss of unsaved data. Use the Export JSON feature regularly to keep your own backup.

No guarantee of ATS or hiring outcomes

The ATS score and keyword-matching features are provided as general guidance to help you write a clearer, more structured resume. They are not a guarantee that any specific Applicant Tracking System will score your resume a particular way, or that using this tool will result in interviews or job offers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this tool to generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to misrepresent your identity or qualifications to an employer.

Availability

This tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of opportunity, or other damages arising from your use of this tool.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
